All residents are reminded you must complete a building permit application for any job on your property including roofing, decks, remodeling, swimming pools, fences, or any other structural changes. You may not be required to get a permit for the type of project you are working on, but you must apply for one and it will be on record that you did apply.
NEVER start any type of project before applying for the appropriate permit. Fees will double for offenses.
